Andrea Barenque is a data intelligence specialist who leads the consultancy agency Datamorfosis. She is dedicated to empowering organizations across Latin America to harness the transformative power of data, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive sustainable growth. Previously, she joined OPI Analytics, a pioneering Mexican startup focused on leveraging machine learning to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Andrea’s public sector experience includes over eight years as a civil servant for the Mexican government, where she served as Deputy General Director of Open Data and part of the datos.gob.mx platform management team. She later joined Twitter’s Public Policy and Philanthropy team in Washington, DC.

She is a registered trainer for the Open Data Institute and has designed and facilitated several data-related courses for public servants in Latin America.
