Emine Etili has 20 years of experience including leadership roles in organizations such as The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, AmCham Turkey, and Endeavor Turkey. At Twitter, she led public policy for Turkey, Italy, and Spain.

Emine is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Foreign Affairs, and The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with an MA in International Economics and International Relations.
