Emmanuel Lubanzadio has over 10 years of experience working across Africa, Europe, and the United States. He currently serves as the lead for Africa at OpenAI.

Previously, Emmanuel was the Head of Public Policy & Government Affairs for Africa at Twitter. In this role, he led government engagement efforts across the continent on issues including digital literacy, connectivity, online safety, and intellectual property. He also led Twitter's Policy Strategy for market entry into Africa and successfully negotiated with governments.

Emmanuel holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in International Development and Globalization. He is fluent in English, French, German, and Lingala.
