Patricia Cartes works as a Trust & Safety and policy advisor for a number of technology companies. She is a member of the Trust & Safety Professional Association and the Integrity Institute.

Patricia began her career in tech in 2006 at Google on the Webspam team. She later joined Facebook as a founding member of the Trust & Safety operations in EMEA. In 2013, she joined Twitter, where she led global safety outreach efforts and created the Trust & Safety Council. Later, she headed Trust & Safety teams at Postmates by Uber and VSCO.
