Reggie McCrimmon

Reggie A. McCrimmon is an experienced government relations professional, public affairs strategist, and trusted advisor at the intersection of tech, media, politics, and philanthropy. Reggie most recently managed a global public policy portfolio on consumer safety and security for the Google Play Store. Before Google, he worked at Twitter where he managed U.S. federal public policy and philanthropy.

As a public affairs strategist, Reggie has advised start-ups, nonprofits, and community leaders on corporate responsibility strategies that raise their political influence, advance community development, and increase inclusive innovation.

Reggie also served in the U.S. Congress as the Director of Member Services and External Affairs for the Congressional Black Caucus under then Chairs, Rep. Cedric Richmond and Chairman G. K. Butterfield. Reggie also served his home state of North Carolina as the Special Assistant to Congressman G. K. Butterfield (NC-01).

Reggie lives in the Washington, D.C. metro area with his wife Nadia, and daughter, Ava. When he’s not chasing a toddler, he enjoys playing sports and having a good brunch with friends.

Reggie is a graduate of North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC, where he obtained a bachelor's in Political Science.
